2023年4月22日，首屆大森店山花文化節(jié)暨“電商+文旅”直播活動(dòng)由隔河頭鎮(zhèn)人民政府主辦，大森店村委會(huì)承辦，博世中國(guó)、農(nóng)禾之家支持順利舉行，來(lái)自青龍縣研學(xué)團(tuán)、秦皇島觀光團(tuán)及周邊村民400余人線下觀看了活動(dòng)演出。

On April 22, 2023, the first Damoridian Mountain Flower Culture Festival and "E-commerce+Cultural Tourism" live broadcast event was hosted by the People's Government of Gehetou Town, organized by the Dasendian Village Committee, and successfully held with the support of Bosch China and Beijing Consultation Centre of Farmers’ Association. More than 400 people from Qinglong County Research Group, Qinhuangdao Tourism Group, and surrounding villagers watched the performance of the event offline.

大森店是河北秦皇島市國(guó)家級(jí)貧困縣青龍縣的一個(gè)村，在脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)中，以皇冠梨、絨山羊等產(chǎn)業(yè)建立種養(yǎng)殖合作社 ，實(shí)現(xiàn)了貧困人口脫貧。為鞏固脫貧成果、實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村振興，全村制定了更遠(yuǎn)的規(guī)劃——依靠交通便利、山清水秀、閑置老宅的優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)展， “盤活閑置農(nóng)家院、打造康養(yǎng)生態(tài)村”，建造滿族特色休閑小鎮(zhèn)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)此目標(biāo)，專業(yè)的管理運(yùn)營(yíng)及服務(wù)人才、機(jī)制完善且代表全體村民利益的合作組織是兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素。北京農(nóng)禾之家農(nóng)村發(fā)展基金會(huì)通過(guò)本土人才培養(yǎng)、農(nóng)民合作組織培育，從而提升當(dāng)?shù)卮迕竦挠^念、能力和技能，協(xié)同村民共同建立農(nóng)民合作機(jī)制和發(fā)展規(guī)劃，引入外部發(fā)展資源，助力合作組織發(fā)展，使村民形成利益共同體，確保本社區(qū)村民不會(huì)返貧，繼而走向鄉(xiāng)村振興。

作為一個(gè)集聚山地資源、展示民族風(fēng)情、促進(jìn)三產(chǎn)融合發(fā)展的文化盛會(huì)，由博世支持的“育農(nóng)合組織，助鄉(xiāng)村振興”項(xiàng)目中的社區(qū)活動(dòng)——大森店山花節(jié)，傳承村莊文化，弘揚(yáng)正能量，用鄉(xiāng)村之美、民俗之趣、綠色之光，引領(lǐng)鄉(xiāng)村旅游、文化、農(nóng)業(yè)、加工業(yè)等各類產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。本次活動(dòng)充分展示出項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展以來(lái)村民思想意識(shí)的提升，即通過(guò)直播活動(dòng)緊跟新時(shí)代發(fā)展、以數(shù)字化帶動(dòng)零售、以良品帶動(dòng)推廣、以?shī)蕵?lè)帶動(dòng)消費(fèi)；村民增強(qiáng)合作意識(shí)，掌握先進(jìn)種養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)的成果，聯(lián)動(dòng)周邊村民，將青龍縣本地農(nóng)特產(chǎn)品運(yùn)送到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)集中管理銷售，讓村民真正享受到鄉(xiāng)村文旅帶來(lái)的成果和收益。此次山花節(jié)不僅是一個(gè)與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、富有創(chuàng)新思維的社區(qū)活動(dòng)，更是旨在打造一個(gè)全新的宣傳平臺(tái)和營(yíng)銷渠道，助推大森店的產(chǎn)業(yè)和文化提升。

沐浴著溫暖的陽(yáng)光，伴隨愉快的音樂(lè)，“大森店村首屆山花文化節(jié)暨直播帶貨節(jié)”正式拉開(kāi)了帷幕！活動(dòng)吸引了外來(lái)游客、攝影愛(ài)好者、網(wǎng)絡(luò)大V紛紛走進(jìn)山花盛景、百畝梨園，踏青賞花、攝影采風(fēng)，感受大自然的無(wú)限風(fēng)光，最美鄉(xiāng)村開(kāi)啟浪漫之春，人潮如織同赴山花之約。優(yōu)美的歌聲放飛美麗希望，婀娜的舞姿綻放美好未來(lái)。

本次大森店山花節(jié)活動(dòng)的召開(kāi)不僅是鄉(xiāng)村休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的探索和嘗試，亦宣傳了村莊文化和歷史，更讓當(dāng)?shù)卮迕窨吹搅司G水青山變金山銀山的希望、感受到一產(chǎn)帶三產(chǎn)、三產(chǎn)促一產(chǎn)所帶來(lái)的紅利，從而更加堅(jiān)定了走綠色發(fā)展道路的信心。項(xiàng)目提升了村民的合作、生態(tài)意識(shí)和生產(chǎn)加工技術(shù)水平，提升了帶頭人的責(zé)任感、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和決策力，提升了骨干團(tuán)隊(duì)組織建設(shè)、業(yè)務(wù)能力和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理能力，更提升了婦女骨干認(rèn)識(shí)到自身角色的優(yōu)勢(shì)和可以發(fā)揮的作用，博世很高興看到項(xiàng)目對(duì)大森店村及其周邊村落的示范帶動(dòng)作用，更是探索出一條農(nóng)民合作打造生態(tài)康養(yǎng)發(fā)展的道路。

項(xiàng)目概述：

Dasendian is a village in Qinglong County, a national poverty-stricken county in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. By establishing planting and breeding cooperatives of Chinese White Pears, Cashmere Goats and other products, it has helped local people get rid of poverty and move to new houses. In order to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and realize rural revitalization, the locals has made a further plan: relying on the advantages of convenient transportation, beautiful scenery and idle old houses to "Revitalize the Idle Farmyards, Build a Healthy Ecological Village" and build a leisure town with Manchu characteristics. To achieve this goal, the key points are professional management and operation, and cooperative organizations that serve the talents, have a perfect mechanism and represent the interests of all local villagers. Through the cultivation of local talents and farmers' cooperative organizations, Agriculture and Crop Home will enhance the concepts, abilities and skills of local villagers, establish farmers' cooperative mechanism and development planning, introduce external developing resources, help cooperative organizations to grow and develop. These measures will help villagers form a community of interests so as to develop the abilities and mechanism to avoid returning to poverty and marching towards rural revitalization.
