鄉(xiāng)村振興，關(guān)鍵在人，把人力資本開發(fā)放在首要位置，在鄉(xiāng)村形成人才、土地、資金、產(chǎn)業(yè)匯聚的良性循環(huán)；群雁要靠頭雁領(lǐng)，以鄉(xiāng)村黨組織為基礎(chǔ)的合作社發(fā)展是鞏固扶貧成果的重要保障。激發(fā)內(nèi)生活力是實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村全面振興的源動(dòng)力。

The key to rural revitalization lies in people, and the development of human capital should be given top priority, forming a virtuous cycle of talent, land, capital, industry in rural area. The development of cooperatives based on rural party organizations is an important guarantee for consolidating the poverty alleviation achievements.

項(xiàng)目針對瓦庫村常駐人口留守婦女占比高、留守婦女產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展能力弱、缺乏有效的生產(chǎn)合作平臺(tái)和致富帶頭人等現(xiàn)實(shí)情況，通過多方協(xié)作和“外援支持+內(nèi)部激發(fā)”的模式、基于優(yōu)勢視角和參與式工作方法，以養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)業(yè)為抓手、合作組織為依托、本土人才為根本，配套開展飼養(yǎng)管理、疾病防治、個(gè)人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、社會(huì)性別、婦女衛(wèi)生健康、合作社能力建等各種培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)服務(wù)，最終提升服務(wù)對象自我發(fā)展意識(shí)和參與公共事務(wù)的能力，讓瓦庫村婦女在鄉(xiāng)村振興和家庭發(fā)展中發(fā)揮出更重要的作用。

2023年9月24日，由博世中國慈善中心資助、四川?；葜毞?wù)中心執(zhí)行的“鄉(xiāng)村媽媽賦能-瓦庫村彝族青年婦女綜合能力提升項(xiàng)目”總結(jié)大會(huì)在喜德縣瓦庫村舉辦，為期兩年多的項(xiàng)目在這丹桂飄香、碩果累累的九月圓滿畫上了句號(hào)。兩河口鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)業(yè)綜合服務(wù)中心主任吉覺阿沙和瓦庫村支部書記莫色阿合均表達(dá)了對項(xiàng)目模式和實(shí)施效果的高度認(rèn)可，對博世中國和四川?；葜毞?wù)中心表達(dá)了真摯感謝，并表示會(huì)和全體村民繼續(xù)夯實(shí)種養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、更好的開展生產(chǎn)合作，讓瓦庫村的發(fā)展之路可持續(xù)化。彝族婦女代表沙馬阿加亦是作為農(nóng)戶代表發(fā)言，她與現(xiàn)場其他婦女一起回顧了參與項(xiàng)目的過程和感受，覺得自己不僅在科學(xué)養(yǎng)殖的知識(shí)技能上有所學(xué)習(xí)，也逐漸重視自己的儀容儀表、家里衛(wèi)生環(huán)境和孩子的教育。正如項(xiàng)目評估報(bào)告總結(jié)——“海惠+顧問+婦女骨干互相討論的方式”使參與者意識(shí)到這是她們自己的事情，從而提升了農(nóng)戶的自我發(fā)展意愿和內(nèi)生動(dòng)力。

博世中國慈善中心希望在該項(xiàng)目所資助的設(shè)備設(shè)施和倡導(dǎo)的科學(xué)發(fā)展、合作發(fā)展的理念和意識(shí)能夠在瓦庫村的后續(xù)發(fā)展中繼續(xù)發(fā)揮作用，幫助到更多的婦女發(fā)展，幫助更多家庭的生計(jì)得以保障，社會(huì)穩(wěn)定性持續(xù)提升。

項(xiàng)目概述：

Based on the Haihui’s experience in community development projects, the project is according to the objective circumstances and needs which many man migrant workers go out for work in Waku village, left-behind women’s weak of industrial development capabilities, community lack of effective production cooperation platform and the leaders for becoming rich, plan to explore and develop the existing human capital and planting breeding industry in Waku village to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation make contribute in rural revitalization in Waku village. The project will organize 100 left-behind young women form self-helped team and breeding cooperative, through training classes, technical services, materials distribution and community activities to improve their planting and breeding industrial development capabilities, the sense of cooperation and personal leadership and increasing household income in two years, make a real development of the Waku village.
